What to Expect in Mentally Tough MVP Classes

  • We will meet once a week for 8 weeks in a row. There are currently two options to choose from: an in-person course and a virtual course where we will meet on Zoom

  • Each week, your athletes will participate in mindfulness coaching, activities and lessons aimed at teaching key concepts that cultivate a mentally tough and resilient athlete, and mindful movement designed specifically for athletes to foster an even stronger mind-body connection

  • Participants will be given journaling prompts to complete during each class and at home throughout the week

  • Throughout the course, students will be building a like-minded community through team building, group conversations, and group activities

  • Parents will be given weekly updates, parent guides, and information about the concepts their athletes are learning

  • Athletes will be encouraged to continue a consistent practice of the skills and concepts while at home throughout the week in order to enhance their training

  • After the completion of the course, all participants will be given an opportunity to receive continued one-on-one personally tailored coaching by Kelly at an exclusive rate only given to students who complete all 8 sessions
