This program is tailored for student athletes in 6th-12th grade seeking enhanced confidence, courage, and performance across academics, relationships, sports, and daily life.


Over the 8-week course, I will present ideas, methods, and routines aimed at cultivating increased self-awareness, self-discipline, and self-mastery, which form the core principles of my teachings. I'll teach your student athletes skills that will enable them to adjust, make strong choices, and embrace more accountability for their lives. Additionally, I'll guide them on being centered, calm, graceful yet strong when they find themselves in moments of chaos, giving them the ability to drown out the noise of the outside world and listen closely to their powerful inner voice.

Mentally Tough MVP is based on my work and teachings, which combine concepts and principles based on growth mindset, mindfulness, philosophy, the neuroscience and psychology behind trauma and stress response system, ten years as a yoga instructor and decades of experience as a classroom and homeschool teacher.
